I view this as a forum for all dancers/movers to be invited into their body, explore new possibilities and simply move from a clear open place; let the dancing happen. The class will consist of a guided warm up, improvisation and phrase work. My teaching is influenced by my studies of the alexander technique, ballet, and improvisation forms as well as the rigorous dance forms and patterns of Trisha Brown's repertory.

I am currently working in Marseille with the National Ballet de Marseille and it is thrillling to look again at our post modern vocabulary in relation to classical vocabulary. This time (6 weeks) in Marseille is giving me the opportunity to develop work on the dancers, we are generating phrase material which I will teach in the workshop in May.
