September 2008
September 22 - 26 12:30-3:00PM
The workshop is open at $20. per class.
The class builds progressively from deep and static stretching to very physical and dynamic phrases. We will explore natural connections in the body and how to use gravity, centrifugal force and floor as a dance partner , finding a balance between what you control and what you let happen. We will also investigate how to recycle the energy of a movement into another, and how to increase the speed of your dancing in a relatively effortless way.
